Description:
The informant had cleaned out her house collecting unwanted clothes and household items in a few bags and cartons . In the recording she explains that she can not possibly despose her stuff at the public dump, as this would expose her to potential harm by someone who used the items to practice sorcery. The informant explains that it is traditional to throw unwanted personal items into the sea, as the salt water washes off the "sweat" of the owner , and the tide carries everything out to the deep water, where no-one can access it.
