This man is a yak herder from eastern Muli (Kala Pasture). His wife now lives in Jiulong to take care of their grandchildren.
Henriette is the primary researcher of this language documentation project. She filmed this session and took some of the photographs.
Pincuo is documenting his own language in this language documentation project. He audio recorded this session.
This speaker went along as part of the research team. He helped us connect to contacts he knew in various places and appears in several recordings. He also helped us record and took photos during various sessions.
