Description:
In this video recording, the speaker Harold Me'ete is describing the role of the chief in the Nea and Nemboi communities. He is one of the four chiefs, two for each village, who collaborate with each other and people from other communities in Santa Cruz Island. The chief is also referred to as Bigman.
